- The Property Manager oversees daily operations of retail/commercial properties in the Metro New York area.
- Ensure tenant satisfaction by addressing maintenance requests and operational issues promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and landscaping services.
- Maintain compliance with local regulations and safety standards for all properties.
- Utilize property management systems and technology to optimize operations and cost efficiency.
- Provide leadership and proactive follow-up to ensure tasks are completed effectively.
- Collaborate with tenants during move-ins, move-outs, and improvement projects.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure quality service delivery.

- Knowledge of building systems, maintenance, and vendor management.
