• The Fund Accounting Supervisor will lead and mentor teams in private equity fund operations and accounting.

Fund Accounting Supervisor Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Manage daily fund operations in collaboration with senior management.
• Oversee accounting and operations of assigned funds independently.
• Supervise and mentor accounting staff, ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Review and approve fund deliverables, including capital calls and financial statements.
• Analyze financial reports and capital events for accuracy and compliance.
• Interpret and apply governing documents, such as LPAs and advisory agreements.
• Ensure adherence to US GAAP and IFRS reporting standards.
• Contribute to process improvements and operational integrity initiatives.

Fund Accounting Supervisor Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance required.
• Minimum of 4 years of private equity fund accounting experience; 5 years preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Knowledge of ASC 946 and IFRS reporting standards.
• Experience with fund structures and investor classifications.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
