Executive Assistant Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, scheduling internal and external meetings with prioritization and timeliness.
- Plan and coordinate business travel arrangements, including detailed itineraries and logistics.
- Prepare and submit expense reports for the CEO and Head of Investor Relations.
- Screen calls and messages, ensuring excellent telephone manners and prioritization.
- Organize and coordinate company events, collaborating with internal and external teams.
- Assist with special projects, including maintaining licenses and memberships for the CEO.
- Collaborate with other executive assistants and operations staff on office responsibilities.

Executive Assistant Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; minimum of two years of college required.
- 5+ years of corporate experience in a similar position; maximum of 10 years.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Concur or Salesforce is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills via email and phone; high attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality in all tasks.
