Intermediate Architect Overview

• The Intermediate Architect will contribute to the design and execution of architectural projects from concept through completion.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative and functional architectural solutions.
• Utilize Revit software to create detailed architectural models and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, building codes, and project specifications.
• Participate in client meetings to understand project requirements and provide design recommendations.

Intermediate Architect Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Develop architectural designs and plans using Revit and other industry-standard tools.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Conduct site visits to assess construction progress and adherence to design specifications.
• Prepare and present design proposals and reports to clients and project teams.
• Review and revise architectural plans based on client feedback and project requirements.
• Ensure all designs align with environmental sustainability and energy efficiency goals.
• Assist in the preparation of project budgets and schedules.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Intermediate Architect Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Arch.) or equivalent degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years of architectural experience; 10 years preferred.
• Proficiency in Revit software for architectural modeling and documentation.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects from concept through completion.
• Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
