Architectural Designer Key Responsibilities & Duties

Architectural Designer Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• 5-10 years of professional experience in architectural design, preferably in NYC.
• Proficiency in Revit, Enscape, and Adobe Creative Suite for design and documentation.
• Strong design skills with a focus on sustainable and high-quality architecture.
• Experience in all phases of project development, from concept to construction.
• NY Architecture License is preferred.
• Certifications such as CPHC, LEED, or Well accreditation are advantageous.
