- Collaborate with credit, legal, and origination teams throughout the deal lifecycle, ensuring asset risk is properly identified and documented.
- Draft and present asset-related sections of investment memoranda, providing critical insights for decision-making processes.
- Manage relationships with aircraft management companies, appraisers, brokers, and other third-party service providers to enhance operational efficiency.

Asset Management Director Key Responsibilities & Duties

- Lead remarketing and sale efforts for aircraft collateral, negotiating with buyers and lessees effectively.

Asset Management Director Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree and eligibility to work in the United States.
- ASA certification and 7+ years of relevant business aviation industry experience.
- Direct experience in business aircraft financings, from valuation through credit approval and closing.
- Proficiency in aircraft management company operations and familiarity with legal/transaction documentation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information effectively.
- Experience with AI-powered tools, data analytics platforms, and advanced Excel modeling.
- Willingness and ability to travel as required for inspections and meetings.
