Senior Executive Assistant Overview

  • The Senior Executive Assistant will provide strategic administrative support to two Managing Directors within a dynamic investment team.
  • Act as a mentor and resource for the broader Executive Assistant team, promoting professional excellence and collaboration.
  • Ensure seamless coordination of complex schedules, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics for executives.
  • Contribute to firm-wide engagement initiatives, including events with senior advisors, portfolio executives, and industry leaders.
  • Uphold high standards for office environment and hospitality, ensuring a professional and welcoming workspace.

Senior Executive Assistant Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange domestic and international travel for executives.
