Project Manager Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Lead cross-functional teams to execute technology initiatives aligned with organizational goals and strategies.

Project Manager Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field and 7+ years of experience in business analysis within the financial sector.
• Solid technical background with experience in software development, SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Proficiency in managing software development projects and working with external vendors and engineering teams.
• Strong communication skills to effectively convey complex concepts and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Demonstrable ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results on time and within budget.
• Familiarity with Wealth Management, Portfolio Management, Investments, Hedge Funds, and Portfolio Accounting concepts.
• Knowledge of SQL and emerging standards such as Snowflake and data warehouses is a plus.
• Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Visio, and MS Office products including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
