Senior Associate Overview

  • The Senior Associate will play a pivotal role in the Investor Services team, contributing to the success of the department and ensuring client satisfaction.

Senior Associate Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Process investor transaction documents, including subscriptions, redemptions, switches, and transfers, ensuring compliance with fund documentation requirements.
  • Maintain and distribute capital activity tracking reports to clients periodically.
  • Ensure accurate and timely system outputs and delivery of client/investor reporting.
  • Complete and maintain AML requirements for all investor transactions.
  • Provide money movement notifications and prepare wire instructions for fund investor activities.
  • Serve as the daily operational contact for investor servicing, maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Resolve queries, problems, and errors promptly, documenting resolutions as necessary.
  • Participate in projects and ad-hoc tasks as required, contributing to team objectives.
  • Adhere to departmental procedures and controls, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.

Senior Associate Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, preferably with a focus on accountancy or financial disciplines.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an Investor Services role within a Hedge Fund Administrator.
  • Familiarity with HWM Mantra software is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in AML requirements and performance calculations, including equalization and series of shares.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective client and team interactions.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented setting.
