Project Manager Key Responsibilities & Duties

Project Manager Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in construction management or related field required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing construction projects; 7 years preferred.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Ability to foster collaboration and teamwork among diverse project teams.

• Experience with projects ranging from $15M to $75M in scope.
