• Analyze and clear unmatched or erroneous transactions imported from MRI systems.
• Import budgets and long-term forecasts into Kyriba, ensuring data accuracy.
• Conduct variance analysis between forecasted and actual financial data.
• Monitor large wire and ACH batches to ensure successful payment processing through banks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial operations and reporting.
• Provide strategic insights to enhance system efficiency and financial accuracy.

Kyriba Manager Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Oversee the coding, mapping, and daily processing of financial transactions.
• Ensure accurate reconciliation of ICS balances and intercompany allocations daily.
• Analyze and resolve unmatched or erroneous transactions imported from MRI systems.
• Manage the entry and import of budgets and forecasts into Kyriba systems.
• Perform variance analysis to identify discrepancies between forecasted and actual financial data.
• Monitor and follow up on large payment batches to ensure successful processing.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize financial processes and reporting accuracy.
• Provide strategic recommendations for improving system functionality and financial operations.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and financial regulations.

Kyriba Manager Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial systems management; 7 years preferred.
• Proficiency in Kyriba and MRI systems for financial operations and reporting.
• Strong analytical skills for variance analysis and transaction reconciliation.
• Experience managing large payment batches and ensuring successful processing.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
