• The Fund/Treasury Operations Associate will support trade execution, settlement, and treasury functions for multi-asset pooled vehicles and client portfolios.
• This role involves managing complex trade and cash flow activities across diverse asset classes and investment strategies.
• Collaborate with global Operations and Investment teams to ensure seamless operational efficiency and adherence to execution policies.
• Contribute to liquidity management, cash flow forecasting, and reconciliation across multi-currency portfolios.
• Engage in process improvement initiatives, driving enhancements to treasury management systems and tools.

Fund/Treasury Operations Associate Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Prepare and review investment documentation, ensuring accuracy and timely execution of subscriptions and redemptions.
• Manage daily cash flow and liquidity across portfolios, executing wire transfers and funding activities.
• Coordinate end-to-end execution processes, collaborating across teams to meet investment deadlines.
• Monitor and forecast liquidity needs, supporting portfolio rebalancing and capital calls.
• Enhance treasury management systems, implementing tools to improve operational efficiency.
• Perform detailed reviews of execution instructions and investment documentation for accuracy.
• Support strategic and tactical projects, collaborating with senior management and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to trading and cash management.
• Track capital activity and provide detailed reporting to stakeholders.

Fund/Treasury Operations Associate Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field required.
• 1-3 years of experience in trade operations, treasury, or investment operations preferred.
• Proficiency with financial systems such as Bloomberg and custodian portals.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to trading and cash management.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with complex portfolio structures and multi-currency environments.
• High degree of integrity and professionalism with excellent interpersonal skills.
