Office Manager Overview

  • The Office Manager will oversee daily office operations, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment for staff, clients, and visitors.
  • This role includes reception duties, office decor management, and event planning to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Collaborate with external IT providers to ensure seamless technology support and functionality for the office.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions for new and departing employees.
  • Monitor and replenish office supplies, including snacks, to maintain a well-stocked and organized environment.
  • Manage office decor and aesthetics to create an inviting and professional atmosphere.
  • Work on-site for four days a week, with one remote day, transitioning to a full on-site schedule.
  • Join a dynamic office environment equipped with recreational amenities like a dartboard and ping pong table.
