Project Architect Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Lead architectural design and project management for diverse project types.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure project alignment.
• Prepare and present design proposals and technical documentation.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with local codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Mentor and manage junior staff, fostering professional growth.
• Conduct site visits and meetings to monitor project progress.
• Utilize Revit and other tools for efficient design and documentation.
• Support the expansion of the firm's market presence in targeted regions.

Project Architect Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Arch.) or equivalent degree required.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in architectural project management.
• Proficiency in Revit and other architectural design software.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong client-facing skills and ability to present designs effectively.
• RA certification preferred but not required.
• Experience with aviation, housing, and educational projects highly desirable.
• Self-driven with excellent decision-making and leadership capabilities.
• Familiarity with hybrid work environments and flexible scheduling.
