Senior Software Engineer Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Manage and mentor a team of software engineers, providing guidance and conducting regular performance reviews.
• Own the delivery, technical roadmap, and quality of API services powering investor platforms.
• Contribute to production code, ensuring adherence to high engineering standards.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to deliver complex functionalities.

Senior Software Engineer Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience required.
• Minimum of 8 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Java, Spring/Spring Boot, and Hibernate frameworks.
• Experience with AWS services including ECS, CDK, S3, SQS, Lambda, DynamoDB, and WAF.
• Strong understanding of transactional database design and operations.
• Proven experience in engineering management or technical leadership roles.
