Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Oversee operational execution for fund launches and recurring client activities with precision and efficiency.
• Manage and mentor a team responsible for middle-office and pipeline operations.
• Enhance operational processes to improve scalability, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
• Act as a senior point of contact for resolving complex operational challenges effectively.
• Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve platform-related issues promptly.
• Develop training materials and provide guidance to support team development and growth.
• Maintain and optimize platform configurations and technical operations for client portfolios.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall client experience and operational performance.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Arts or a related field is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, with 10 years preferred.
• Proven expertise in operational management and process optimization.
• Strong understanding of alternative investment products and operational platforms.
• Experience managing teams and driving performance improvements effectively.
• Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and communicate effectively.
• Proficiency in technical systems and tools supporting operational workflows.
• Excellent problem-solving, strategic thinking, and leadership skills.
