• The Associate Program Director oversees Article 31 clinic programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and delivering quality services.
• Provides direct social work services including crisis intervention, counseling, and treatment planning within an interdisciplinary team framework.
• Supports the Program Director in implementing OMH and other regulatory guidelines effectively.
• Participates in quality assurance and continuous quality improvement activities to enhance program outcomes.
• Ensures clinical and on-site supervision for staff and students, fostering professional development.
• Analyzes supervisee performance, conducting evaluations and providing constructive feedback.
• Oversees orientation and training programs for new staff members to ensure seamless integration.
• Provides off-hours coverage for the center, ensuring continuity of care and support.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care and support to clients.

• Analyze and interpret data to enhance program effectiveness and decision-making.
• Provide off-hours coverage to maintain service continuity and support.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver holistic care to clients.

Associate Program Director Job Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work or a related field is required.
• NYS licensure as LCSW or LCSW-R is mandatory.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential.
• Demonstrated organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills are required.
• Experience in providing advanced clinical supervision to interns and staff is preferred.
• Supervisory experience in a healthcare setting, ideally in multi-site ambulatory care, is advantageous.
• Ability to analyze and interpret data from multiple sources effectively.
• Bi-lingual fluency in Spanish is preferred but not mandatory.
• Commitment to providing high-quality care and support to clients and staff.
