Training & Staff Development Specialist Overview

  • The Training & Staff Development Specialist will design and deliver training programs for attorneys and staff in a dynamic law firm environment.
  • Collaborate with leadership to enhance staff development initiatives and support onboarding processes effectively.

Training & Staff Development Specialist Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Conduct group and individual training sessions for attorneys and staff on IT applications and tools.
  • Develop and maintain user guides, reference materials, and documentation for training purposes.
  • Lead technology onboarding for new hires, ensuring smooth integration into firm systems.
  • Serve as the primary contact for technology training requests and follow-up sessions.
  • Collaborate with the IT department to stay updated on software tools and best practices.

Training & Staff Development Specialist Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required; additional certifications in training or development preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a law firm environment, focusing on training and staff development.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other standard law firm software; willingness to learn firm-specific tools.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
  • Excellent organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
