Clinic RN Manager Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Provide day-to-day leadership and clinical oversight to nursing and support staff.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage staffing schedules and resources to optimize clinic operations.
• Monitor patient flow and satisfaction, addressing concerns promptly.
• Lead clinic meetings to communicate priorities and drive improvements.

Clinic RN Manager Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
• Current Oregon RN license or ability to obtain prior to start date.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of progressive healthcare leadership experience.
• Knowledge of ambulatory healthcare operations and clinical quality standards.
• Experience managing staffing, workflows, and operational resources.
• Proficiency with electronic health records and Microsoft Office applications.
• Preferred qualifications: Oncology experience and OCN Certification.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
