  • The Talent Acquisition Specialist will oversee full-cycle recruitment processes to support organizational growth and place top talent in key roles.
  • Collaborate with hiring teams to develop and execute strategic recruitment plans tailored to regional needs.
  • Drive innovative sourcing strategies, including diversity-focused initiatives, to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Engage actively with field leadership and project sites to understand specific talent requirements.
  • Lead and participate in hiring events, professional networking opportunities, and targeted recruitment campaigns.
  • Provide regular updates to leadership on recruitment pipeline health and process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and maintain accurate tracking of candidate data.

Talent Acquisition Specialist Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Partner with HR teams to develop salary recommendations and negotiate offers with candidates.
  • Design and implement cost-effective recruitment methodologies to minimize reliance on external agencies.

Talent Acquisition Specialist Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in corporate or agency settings.
  • High school diploma or GED required; additional certifications in HR or recruitment preferred.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, applicant tracking software, and labor market analysis tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% within the region to visit offices and project sites.
  • Experience with programmatic job advertising and diversity recruitment strategies.
