Manager Supply Quality Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Manage supplier questionnaires, improving content and evaluating responses for compliance.
- Develop and refine quality agreement templates, ensuring alignment with industry standards.
- Conduct and facilitate quality agreement negotiations with suppliers.
- Perform periodic reviews of quality agreements to maintain relevance and effectiveness.
- Assist in supplier qualification and monitoring activities to uphold quality standards.

Manager Supply Quality Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field is required.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in supplier quality management or related areas.
- Preferred 5 years of experience in supplier qualification and monitoring.
- Strong knowledge of quality agreement negotiation and management processes.
- Proficiency in supplier questionnaire development and evaluation.
- Ability to manage cross-functional initiatives and contribute to process improvements.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills for effective collaboration.
