Superintendent Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BS) in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction supervision; 8 years preferred.
- Proven expertise in managing diverse construction projects ranging from $1M to $30M.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and project management principles.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams and liaise with stakeholders.
- Ability to travel occasionally for project needs, though not a traveling role.
- Experience in healthcare, hospitality, retail, and office construction projects is advantageous.
