Bookkeeper Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Maintain accurate financial records, including processing payments for organizational bills and supporting additional recordkeeping tasks.
- Prepare and submit invoices for government-funded grants, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Manage the payroll process, including collecting, auditing, and processing staff timesheets and activity reports.
- Ensure error-free and timely submission and disbursement of payroll for all employees.
- Utilize QuickBooks Online for bookkeeping and Paychex Flex for payroll management.
- Collaborate with team members to address financial queries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all financial operations and reporting.

Bookkeeper Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) or equivalent educational background.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, with 5 years preferred.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Paychex Flex for financial management.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
