- The Director of Tax – Advisory will lead tax planning and wealth strategy initiatives for ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families.

Director of Tax – Advisory Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree required; advanced credentials such as CPA, JD/LL.M., or Master's in Taxation preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience advising high-net-worth individuals and families; 12 years preferred.
- Expertise in individual income tax planning, trust and estate taxation, and business-owner planning.
- Strong knowledge of insurance, lending, liquidity, and family office planning issues.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, simplifying complex topics for diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to collaborate across multiple disciplines and advisor teams effectively.
- Demonstrated capacity to develop innovative planning solutions for sophisticated client scenarios.
- Existing professional networks among tax, legal, and planning professionals are highly desirable.
