- The Employee Relations Specialist will support the Employee Relations Head and Directors in managing a high volume of cases.
- This role requires expertise in employee relations, investigations, and document management to ensure compliance and ethical standards.

- Utilize your knowledge of legal ethics and confidentiality to handle sensitive matters effectively.
- Work in a hybrid environment, with on-site presence required Tuesday through Thursday.

- Assist in maintaining accurate records and documentation for compliance purposes.

- Strong knowledge of legal ethics and confidentiality practices.
- Experience working in a hybrid work environment is advantageous.
