Director Case Management Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or related field required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in case management roles, with leadership experience preferred.
- Current CCM certification or ability to obtain within one year preferred.
- Proficiency in Milliman and InterQual criteria for utilization review processes preferred.
- Strong analytical skills for data evaluation and problem-solving in case management operations.
- Experience with basic to intermediate computer skills, including case management software.
- Knowledge of continuous quality improvement tools and evidence-based practices in healthcare.
- Licensed clinician in your state or equivalent qualifications required.
