Portfolio Strategy Senior Associate Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Serve as a dedicated analytics specialist for assigned equity strategies, providing insights on investment objectives and performance drivers.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis of portfolio characteristics, performance attribution, and risk exposures.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for portfolio managers and client-facing teams.

Portfolio Strategy Senior Associate Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, quantitative fields, or related disciplines; CFA designation preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in portfolio analytics, equity research, or quantitative analysis.
• Proficiency in financial applications such as FactSet PA, Morningstar Direct, and Bloomberg.
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in financial modeling and statistical analysis.
• Excellent communication skills to present complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Knowledge of programming languages like Python, SQL, or R for data manipulation.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work under deadlines.
