Program Coordinator Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Update and maintain contact lists to ensure accurate and accessible information for staff and faculty.
  • Monitor and manage email correspondence, ensuring timely responses and communication with relevant stakeholders.
  • Compose and send professional emails to faculty members and other contacts as required.
  • Coordinate administrative tasks to support the Medical School's daily operations effectively.
