- The Payroll Consultant will support payroll operations for a mid-sized organization, ensuring timely and accurate processing for hourly and salaried employees.

- Collaborate with the team to manage payroll for approximately 220-230 employees, including variable pay structures.

Payroll Consultant Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Process payroll for hourly and salaried employees, including variable pay components, using UKG software.

Payroll Consultant Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree required, preferably in a related field.

- Proficiency in UKG payroll software is essential; experience with other systems is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes, labor laws, and tax regulations.
- Experience managing payroll for mid-sized organizations with variable pay structures.
