• As an Application Engineer, you will focus on Identity & Access Management (IAM) and endpoint platforms, contributing to enterprise productivity solutions within a dynamic technology environment.
• Lead implementation, maintenance, and improvement of IAM platforms and endpoint management systems across various operating systems and devices.
• Collaborate across technical and business teams to shape strategic solutions in a global, fast-paced organization.
• Drive digital workplace transformation initiatives, process automation, and resolution of complex technical issues.
• Utilize AI solutions to streamline operations, enhance automation, and integrate innovative technologies into end-user platforms.
• Contribute to compliance programs and governance initiatives, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and security protocols.
• Engage in cross-platform initiatives, including Microsoft 365 administration and virtual desktop solutions, to support enterprise productivity.
• Provide executive-level technical support, resolving complex issues and maintaining operational continuity.

Application Engineer Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Design, automate, and maintain IAM solutions across platforms such as SailPoint, Okta, and Active Directory.
• Administer endpoint management systems like Intune and Jamf, ensuring device compliance and security.
• Develop workflows and frameworks for access control, provisioning, and regulatory compliance.
• Apply AI technologies to enhance IAM and endpoint operations, focusing on automation and efficiency.
• Resolve complex technical incidents, perform root-cause analyses, and maintain service level objectives.
• Support compliance programs, including audits and posture assessments, in collaboration with security and legal teams.
• Contribute to cross-functional technology initiatives, maintaining versatility across enterprise platforms.
• Document technical solutions and operational processes to ensure continuity and knowledge sharing.

Application Engineer Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of technical experience, with expertise in IAM and endpoint management systems.
• Certifications in IAM platforms (e.g., SailPoint, Okta) and endpoint management systems (e.g., Intune, Jamf) preferred.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell and Python for automation tasks.
• Experience with compliance frameworks like SOX, NIST, and ISO 27001.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills across complex, cross-platform issues.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives and provide executive-level technical support.
• Availability for on-call rotation and support during maintenance windows.
