Office Manager Job Requirements
- Associate of Science (AS) degree or equivalent educational background required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience managing dental offices, with 4 years preferred.

- Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate and manage teams effectively.
- Ability to analyze and utilize KPIs for performance improvement and goal achievement.
