Senior Analytics Engineer Overview

  • The Senior Analytics Engineer will lead enterprise-wide analytics strategy and technical standards for a growing healthcare and technology organization.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to shape analytics governance and semantic architecture, driving impactful business decisions.
  • Provide hands-on technical expertise in data modeling, statistical methodologies, and advanced analytics engineering practices.
  • Establish best practices for analytics deliverables, ensuring accuracy, reproducibility, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Senior Analytics Engineer Key Responsibilities & Duties

Senior Analytics Engineer Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 12+ years in analytics, data science, or related fields, with 5+ years in senior-level roles.
  • Expertise in contact center data platforms and contact-level data modeling.
  • Proficiency in SQL, dbt, Python, and data orchestration tools; familiarity with Databricks and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience defining analytical methodologies and enforcing standards across teams.
  • Strong communication skills to influence executive decisions and mentor analytics professionals.
  • Background in healthcare, Medicaid, or regulated industries is a plus.
  • Experience presenting findings to state agencies, regulators, or auditors.
  • Track record of building or improving enterprise-scale semantic layers and governance frameworks.
