Project Manager Overview
- The Project Manager will oversee commercial and public-sector construction projects from planning through completion.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client relationships to ensure successful delivery.
- Coordinate with stakeholders including owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, contract requirements, and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and progress reports.
- Identify and resolve project issues, addressing delays and budget concerns proactively.

Project Manager Job Requirements

- Proficiency in construction management software and scheduling tools.
- Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.
