Client Advisory Support Analyst Overview
- The Client Advisory Support Analyst will assist in client onboarding during increased account opening volume.
- Serve as a key contributor in managing account opening and maintenance processes for advisors.
- Ensure precision and compliance with regulatory requirements in account opening procedures.
- Analyze legal documents to determine organizational structures and stakeholders.
- Conduct quality control reviews and maintain accurate client records.
- Collaborate with advisor teams to provide seamless onboarding support.
- Participate in team projects such as data cleanup and process documentation.
- Gain hands-on experience in private wealth client onboarding within a collaborative environment.
Client Advisory Support Analyst Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Prepare account opening packages and review KYC and CIP documentation.
- Assess corporate governance documents to identify key stakeholders and organizational structures.
- Analyze legal agreements such as trust instruments, wills, and bylaws.
- Conduct quality control reviews to ensure accuracy in client records.
- Provide onboarding support to advisor teams, ensuring effective communication.
- Identify and escalate issues regarding client account documentation to management.
- Submit completed work for review according to department controls.
- Support team initiatives such as process documentation and data cleanup projects.
Client Advisory Support Analyst Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Arts degree in a relevant field is required.
- Minimum of two years’ experience in client onboarding or financial services.
- Knowledge of KYC and CIP programs is essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze complex situations and escalate issues appropriately.
- Preferred experience in onboarding trust, estate, or entity accounts.
