Senior Funding Specialist Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Process and monitor security deposits and other funding-related transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
• Manage debit card payment chargebacks and related account adjustments to ensure proper resolution.
• Perform daily settlement activities and ensure timely processing of funding transactions.
• Review, research, and resolve funding exceptions, account discrepancies, and transaction-related issues.
• Communicate with vendors involved in the funding process to maintain operational efficiency.
• Administer uncashed check and escheatment processes, including customer notifications and documentation.
• Monitor operational reports and identify issues requiring investigation, escalation, or corrective action.
• Maintain and update departmental procedures and process documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy.

Senior Funding Specialist Job Requirements
