Financial Analyst Overview

• The Financial Analyst will play a pivotal role in supporting corporate financial operations and strategic analysis.

• Analyze key financial metrics and prepare budget versus actual analysis for decision-making purposes.

• Develop and update Argus models and perform portfolio valuations to ensure accurate financial assessments.

Financial Analyst Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Maintain corporate forecast models and prepare quarterly management report pages.
• Analyze financial metrics and conduct budget versus actual analysis.
• Develop and update Argus models for portfolio valuations.
• Monitor portfolio expenses and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
• Implement technology solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
• Perform ad-hoc strategic analysis to support organizational objectives.
• Collaborate across departments to coordinate and lead work streams.
• Prepare detailed financial models and conduct research for strategic initiatives.

Financial Analyst Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field required.
• 1-3 years of professional experience in financial analysis or related roles.
• Proficiency in Argus, Microsoft Excel, and financial modeling techniques.
• Experience with Anaplan, Salesforce, and PowerBI preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with AI platforms such as Perplexity and Microsoft CoPilot is a plus.
• Strong analytical, research, and presentation skills.
• Ability to lead and coordinate tasks across multiple departments.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
