Software Engineer, AI & Internal Tools Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Develop and maintain internal tools that streamline processes across sourcing, finance, planning, and logistics.
• Write production-grade code in Python and TypeScript, ensuring proper testing and version control.
• Design and deploy AI workflows for data extraction, classification, and summarization tasks.
• Orchestrate AI agents using LLM APIs, agent frameworks, and context engineering methodologies.
• Manage credentials, sensitive data, and third-party integrations with appropriate access controls.

Software Engineer, AI & Internal Tools Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in software engineering or data engineering roles.
• Proficiency in Python and TypeScript, with experience in production-grade coding and CI/CD practices.
• Experience with full-stack web frameworks like Next.js or React and relational databases such as Postgres.
• Familiarity with modern AI tooling, including LLM APIs, agent frameworks, and structured outputs.
• Strong analytical skills with a background in data pipelines and reporting automation.
• Ability to work independently while effectively communicating priorities and initiatives.
