• Lead and mentor Superintendents, Assistant Superintendents, and subcontractor field teams.
• Develop and maintain site logistics plans, schedules, and manpower projections.
• Coordinate daily field operations across multiple trades to ensure efficiency.
• Partner with project stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain milestones.
• Monitor construction quality and ensure compliance with specifications and codes.
• Conduct site walks, lead coordination meetings, and communicate progress to leadership.
• Manage site logistics, including access, utilities, laydown areas, and equipment operations.

General Superintendent – Data Centers Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) in a relevant field.
• 15+ years of experience in commercial, industrial, or large-scale construction.
• Proven leadership experience as a General Superintendent or Senior Superintendent.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and site logistics.
• Experience coordinating MEP systems and complex installations.
• Proficiency with construction scheduling and project management software.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Ability to travel to project sites as required.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
