Assistant Superintendent – Multifamily Key Responsibilities & Duties

Assistant Superintendent – Multifamily Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial, multifamily, or residential construction.
• Proficiency in construction drawings, specifications, and building processes.
• Strong understanding of jobsite safety practices and construction sequencing.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and managing field activities.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
