Job Description
Responsibilities/Job Duties:
- Prepare quarterly cash flow reports
- Prepare investor capital calls and distributions
- Prepare investor reports and respond to investor’s questions
- Prepare and review debt covenant compliance reports
- Prepare and maintain waterfall models in accordance with partnership agreements
- Preparation of quarterly financial statements including cash flow preparation and
- Working knowledge of recent accounting pronouncements and required disclosures
- Work on capital process, including evaluation of carried interest models
- Working with deal team, legal/tax counsel, and credit operations team to plan and execute deal closings.
- Assisting team in coordination with legal and tax to set up deal structures
- Other ad-hoc projects as needed
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's Degree or higher in accounting or related field
- 2-3 years of related experience
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Possess good organizational skills
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Self-starter with a proven ability to work on multiple projects at once
- Big 4 experience ideal
