Job Description

Duties: 

• Responsible for high volume of concurrent, complex projects. Projects involve high level of technical and artistic sophistication, degree of originality or innovation, budget, or testing requirements.

• Develop and produce graphic interfaces, motion graphics, audio and video files.

• Develop and produce multimedia for electronic and interactive communication such as corporate web sites, intradepartmental web sites, multimedia sales presentations, collateral materials, corporate graphics, multidimensional displays and exhibits, collaboration sites, learning solutions, or enterprise Web Based Training.

• Proficient development of graphics editing, simulations, games and other interactive solutions using industry standard software.

• Collaborate on design and development with offshore team and other internal or external resources as required.

• Assure leadership alignment and end user adoption of solutions through skilled client consultations and change management methodologies throughout the lifecycle of the project. 

• Perform requisite testing and production moves using the appropriate enabling technologies.

• Collaborate with the other members of the team to determine appropriate audio, visual, text, and functional elements of the project to ensure all materials are consistent with the Brand look and feel.

• Prepare artwork and media for final approval. Make changes as requested. Prepares files for distribution. May act as photography, filming, and lighting expert.

• Consult with internal clients to determine their needs. Develop and present the best alternatives to meet objective, budget, timing and strategy requirements. Maintain timely direct client contact.

• Serve as consultant to the other members of the project team to determine appropriate visual and textual and animated elements of the project.

• Communicate frequently and effectively with various project collaborators to ensure that goals and objectives are being fulfilled.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required)

• 5+ years of experience in related field.

• In lieu of degree, 7+ years of experience in related field.

• Experience in health care or pharma is preferred but not required.
