Job Description


  • Develop and implement pricing strategies that support sustainable sales growth.
  • Monitor and optimize pricing structures and sales guidelines for a diverse product portfolio.
  • Conduct deep quantitative analyses to inform pricing decisions and improve pricing KPIs such as average selling price and discount levels.
  • Collaborate with product management and strategy teams to align pricing with overall business strategies.
  • Manage pricing operations, including the maintenance of product codes, overseeing CPQ price books, and coordinating with the IT department on SAP updates.
  • Build and maintain pricing analytics tools to monitor performance and market trends.
  • Execute ad hoc reporting and analytics, providing strategic insights to senior management.
  • Lead special projects related to pricing and product migration with minimal supervision.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; advanced degree or certification in pricing or finance preferred.
  • 5-7 years of experience in finance with a strong focus on pricing in the B2B/Enterprise software industry.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing complex pricing strategies and working with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in Excel and other analytical tools necessary for high-level pricing analysis.
  • Exceptional project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively presenting and discussing complex information in a way that persuades others and builds consensus among stakeholders.
