Job Description

Responsibilities:

·     Provide superior technical and administrative support to attorneys and clients.

·     Coordinate complex, senior-level internal/external meetings and conference calls.

·     Manage high-volume phone calls and respond promptly to client requests.

·     Maintain detailed calendars, prioritize meeting requests, and handle related logistics.

·     Arrange domestic and international travel for attorneys, processing business requests efficiently.

·     Create, revise, and format legal documents, spreadsheets, and presentations with meticulous attention to detail.

·     Conduct internet research as directed by attorneys and maintain organized paper and electronic files.

·     Enter and manage attorney time through the 3E system.

·     Establish and maintain positive business relationships with clients, representing the firm professionally.

Qualifications:

·     5+ years of experience in a support role within a law firm or similar environment. Bachelor's degree preferred.

·     Strong proficiency in legal-specific applications and willingness to learn new technologies.

·     Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple priorities.

·     Superior written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.

·     Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in high-pressure situations.

·     Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse personalities.

·     Self-motivated team player with the ability to work independently and make decisions on behalf of attorneys.
