Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Reception duties including:
    • screen and answer calls
    • manage front desk including greeting guests
    • Keep calendars current for shared spaces
    • Post /sort mail
  • Organizing, securing and restocking contents of the storage room
  • Managing and renewing facility licenses
  • Processing Medicaid renewals
  • Aid in processing vendor invoices

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft office
  • Familiarity with financial reporting preferred
  • Expert time management skills with ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Demonstrate professional presentation
