Job Description

Responsibilities:

·      Conduct outbound calls to warm inquiry leads, converting them into active accounts

·      Demonstrate and explain the platform's value proposition to potential clients

·      Achieve daily metrics, including making at least 100 dials per day

·      Initiate and maintain positive relationships with customers through effective communication

·      Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding for new accounts

·      Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs

·      Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally

·      Utilize CRM software and other sales tools effectively

Qualifications:

·      Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

·      Proven track record in sales or business development roles

·      Experience in technology, healthcare IT, or pharmacy technology industries preferred

·      Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools

·      Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve targets

·      Ability to work independently in a remote environment

·      High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
