Job Description
Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive ticket sales, museum traffic, memberships, and digital content engagement
· Lead seasonal membership drive initiatives in partnership with the Membership team
· Serve as the primary liaison with creative agencies and in-house teams
· Oversee the development of creative briefs, ensuring alignment with brand identity
· Manage the entire creative process from concept to execution, including TV, radio, digital, print, and outdoor advertisements
· Cultivate relationships with key media outlets, cultural institutions, tourist organizations, and community groups
· Analyze KPIs and ROI to make data-driven recommendations for future campaigns
· Optimize digital content strategies to increase views and engagement across platforms
· Support efforts to shape and maintain the organization’s brand identity
· Ensure consistency across all marketing materials and touchpoints
· Oversee all aspects of partnership accounts, from contract negotiation to execution
· Utilize data insights to tailor marketing and promotional activities
· Work closely with various departments including Membership, Legal, Finance, and Creative Services
· Develop and manage marketing budgets to ensure optimal resource allocation
· Track expenses and ROI for all marketing initiatives
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree required
· Demonstrated success in brand building, both domestically and internationally
· Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
· Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed
· 10+ years of marketing experience in media, entertainment, or sports industries
· Proven track record in developing revenue-driving marketing and sales campaigns
· Strong leadership skills with ability to influence at the C-suite level
· Exceptional project management and client service orientation
· Innovative thinker with a pulse on cutting-edge industry trends
· Excellent communicator with outstanding written and verbal skills
· Bilingual in Spanish (strongly preferred)
