Job Description

Responsibilities:

·      Manage complex calendars for senior executives across global time zones

·      Coordinate and organize internal/external meetings, including board meetings and client sessions

·      Arrange domestic and international travel, including itineraries and logistics

·      Prepare and compile necessary materials for meetings and presentations

·      Process and track expense reports

·      Greet visitors and manage multiple phone lines

·      Provide back-up coverage for team members as needed

·      Handle ad hoc projects and administrative tasks as required

Qualifications:

·      5+ years of proven experience as an Administrative Assistant in a corporate environment

·      Strong interpersonal and communication skills

·      Excellent organizational and time management abilities

·      Proficiency in MS Office suite and Concur

·      Ability to work independently and handle confidential information

·      Detail-oriented with a track record of accuracy in a fast-paced setting

·      College degree preferred
