Job Description

Salary: $140k -$160k + Great Benefits

Location: In Office

Job Responsibilities:

·      Implement HR strategic plans and initiatives across multiple locations

·      Manage employee relations issues and guide leaders through performance improvement processes

·      Oversee group benefits management, including annual audits and renewal negotiations

·      Supervise payroll/benefits administrator and onsite office managers

·      Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations

·      Manage onboarding processes and implement new HR initiatives

·      Handle complex payroll issues and partner with finance leaders on tax compliance

·      Oversee employee leaves and address sensitive personnel matters

Qualifications:

·      Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field

·      8+ years in HR management, preferably in hospitality

·      Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance, payroll, and benefits

·      Excellent leadership and people management skills

·      Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion

·      Strong analytical and project management abilities

·      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
