Requirements:
· Manage office administration, including document management and workflow procedures
· Perform bookkeeping duties, including accounts payable/receivable and payroll processing
· Coordinate human resources functions, including benefits and employee onboarding
· Liaise with IT service providers to ensure efficient and secure technology systems
· Produce financial reports, draft documents, and communicate with taxing authorities
· Implement and maintain office policies and procedures
· Interact professionally with partners, staff, clients, and prospects daily
· Manage multiple tasks and meet strict statutory deadlines
· Oversee office equipment, supplies, and professional subscriptions
Qualifications:
· 5+ years' experience as an administrator in a public accounting firm or deadline-driven office
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field preferred
· Proficiency in QuickBooks and workflow software (e.g., Canopy)
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with excellent phone etiquette
· Experience in staff supervision and training development
· Ability to work under pressure and maintain a professional demeanor
