Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Produce and edit documents.
- Assist with application upgrades, including testing and providing recommendations.
- Convert and clean up documents; create and revise complex legal documents per guidelines.
- Provide technical assistance via email, phone, helpdesk ticketing system, and in-person.
- Facilitate creation/editing of Table of Authorities and Table of Contents, Hyperlink using Westlaw and Lexis; bookmark and manage e-filing in Federal and State Courts.
- Conduct data entry using various software applications and transcribe analog/digital dictation.
- Perform in-person and virtual notarizations as required.
- Serve as department secretary when requested or required.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of years law firm secretarial and/or word processing experience
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Suite and iManage.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Effective oral and written communication abilities.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technology.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines efficiently.
